Haigh-Farr is seeking an Information Systems Manager to play a critical role in safeguarding the digital infrastructure and ensuring that the information systems operate securely and in compliance with required standards. Key Focus Areas: Risk Management Framework (RMF): Ensure compliance with NIST SP800-53 Continuous Monitoring: Review ACAS vulnerability scans and logs. Maintain compliance documentation, eMASS records and SSPs Assist leadership with management of daily support operations, setting goals, and mentoring team members. High-level escalation point for complex, end-user technical issues. Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures and training materials to ensure SLA compliance and end user support. Responsibilities: Compliance & Authorization: Develop and submit System Security Plans (SSPs) and manage Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) for systems. Security Risk Management: Perform audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk assessments to identify weaknesses. Policy Development: Establish security procedures for data protection, access control, and user awareness. Technical Implementation: Oversee security controls for accredited IS Systems. Incident Response: Manage security incidents and coordinate incident response efforts. Other duties may be assigned. Requirements Knowledge and Skills: Experience: Previous experience (2+ years) as an ISSM or Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO). Technical Knowledge: Expertise in IT security frameworks (NIST, Risk Management Framework (RMF), DISA STIGs) and operating systems. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to multi-task and lead others. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. Certification: DOD 8570.01M compliant certifications (e.g., CISSP or CAP) are a plus.
