Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Manager with a strong technical background in full-stack development and team leadership. The role involves leading a team of developers, driving the design and delivery of scalable web applications, and ensuring alignment between technical execution and business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on expertise with leadership capabilities and a solid understanding of enterprise systems, including ERP environments. Key Responsibilities : - Leadership & Team Management - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers. - Provide technical guidance, coaching, and performance support. - Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture. - Track team progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery. - Technical Delivery - Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. - Lead architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and development processes. - Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards. - Collaboration & Communication - Act as the primary liaison between development teams and other technical/business teams. - Collaborate with Product Management to define requirements and technical solutions. - Work closely with QA teams to ensure quality, testing coverage, and defect resolution. - Support production environments by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Process & Continuous Improvement - Drive Agile practices and improve development workflows. - Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team. - Maintain proper documentation and system standards. Required Experience : - 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development. - 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team management role. - Proven experience in delivering scalable applications in environments. - Experience working with cross-functional teams and product stakeholders. - Good knowledge of ERP systems and enterprise integrations. Technical Skills : Frontend : - Advanced expertise in Angular: - Component-based architecture - RxJS - State management - Modular design - Unit testing Backend : - Strong experience with .NET Core: - RESTful APIs - Microservices architecture - Authentication & authorization - Integration layers Architecture : - Experience in microservices design: - API gateways - Service communication - Distributed systems patterns - Database - Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server (MSSQL): - Database design - Stored procedures - Query optimization - Performance tuning Additional : - Experience with automated testing frameworks. - Strong understanding of software development best practices. Soft Skills : - Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. - Excellent communication skills (technical & non-technical). - Problem-solving mindset with focus on performance and quality. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. - Strong attention to detail and documentation practices. Additional Strengths (Preferred) : - Experience working with UI/UX teams to deliver user-friendly solutions. - Ability to drive engineering excellence and process improvements. Education : (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
