JOB OVERVIEW

Andrew Cooper Incorporated is seeking a detail-oriented and technically Information Technologies – Engineering Technician to support the front-end development and quality assurance of our custom-built websites and digital safety platforms. This role plays a key part in maintaining and improving our public-facing systems, internal workflow tools, and user interface functionality, all from a secure iPad-based environment.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized Indian university
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in front-end development or digital QA

    Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

-Develop and refine HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap-based components for client-facing websites
- Perform responsive layout testing and browser QA to ensure smooth functionality across devices
- Support internal teams by triaging help tickets related to CES interface or visual issues
- Participate in testing and rollout of new digital tools and staging site updates
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure visual consistency and mobile optimization
- Assist with publishing training and safety materials to internal digital bulletin boards
- Use approved iOS tools for development, communication, documentation, and quality control
