Description Loch Harbour Group is seeking an Information Technologist I - Information Management Information Technologist I to join our team in Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The Information Technologist I – Information Management Officer provides technical support and administration for desktop systems, network connectivity, and user account management within a Microsoft-based enterprise environment. This role supports users across the organization by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues while maintaining system security and operational readiness. Key Responsibilities Provide client support within a Microsoft Windows-based environment (Windows 11 and Microsoft 365). Troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. Support Microsoft Intune-managed systems and Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, Access, and Viva Engage. Perform PC imaging, printer configuration, and remote troubleshooting. Manage and support user accounts, passwords, and group permissions. Assist in implementing and maintaining system security measures. Diagnose and resolve issues related to LAN/WAN/Internet connectivity. Provide technical support to end users and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff. Maintain compliance with security and system administration standards. Requirements Education Associate’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field OR Three (3) years of relevant experience in desktop support or network administration. Experience Minimum of two (2) years providing client support in a Microsoft Windows environment. Experience supporting Microsoft 365 enterprise applications. Experience troubleshooting desktop hardware/software issues. Clearance Must obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance. Training / Additional Requirements Maintain Computing Environment (CE) certifications for supported operating systems and security tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
