Dermalogica is seeking a talented Information Technology Administrator

POSITION SUMMARY

The IT department is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Administrator to support financial operations, vendor management, and administrative coordination across IT systems and services. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth execution of IT procurement, budgeting cycles, and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with enterprise systems, and the ability to collaborate across technical and financial teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT financial operations, procurement, or vendor management.
  • Proficiency in Concur, Adaptive Insights, Tableau, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems and license management tools.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
