Description

3rd level support for workplace systems and central IT services
Operation and further development of standard workplaces and collaboration environments
Configuration and administration of MS Teams telephony
Development and enhancement of automation solutions in the workplace environment
Close coordination with the service desk, IT security, HR, purchasing, and specialist departments. What will convince us?
Completed vocational training in the IT field, e.g. as an IT specialist or similar
Experience in the field of Digital Workplace / Client Management / Microsoft 365
Understanding of ITSM processes (e.g., incident, request, lifecycle) – ideally with ServiceNow
Expertise in topics such as software distribution, endpoint management, or license management
Structured, solution-oriented approach with high quality standards
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
