Hyatt Regency St. Louis is seeking an Information Technology Analyst. The IT Analyst works closely with the Area IT Manager to support IT operations to ensure that the hotel computer systems, personal computers, hardware, and network systems are operating properly. Together you will maintain current systems, help upgrade future systems, and assist users with computer/hardware issues. You will provide technical support and advice to hotel employees. Together with the IT Manager, you will work closely with Hyatt Corporate Technology support teams, as well as confer with application experts to troubleshoot and resolve issues. In this small team setting, you will have excellent potential to learn and develop your skillset, with endless future career opportunities within Hyatt Hotels. You will be exposed to Local Area Networks support and maintenance within the building, as well as flexibility to be continuously growing your skillset and involvement as you become more comfortable in your role.
