Our mission is to provide service to people in need, advocate for justice, and call all people to live out their responsibility to one another.  The person provides general administrative support to the Information Technology Department. Responsibilities: • Functions as initial phone or e-mail contact person for first level corrective action involving computer workstation hardware problems. • Responsible for tracking and documenting issues and their solutions. • Conducts routine daily computer operations. • Performs computer backups. • Performs a variety of clerical and secretarial duties. • Composes routine correspondence, maintains office supplies, compiles data for routine reports, answers telephone calls and makes appointments. • Compiles and analyzes basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials; prepares charts, graphs, or tables as necessary. • Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures not requiring management review. • Performs related duties as required. Qualifications: • Some college or technical school education beyond High School in computer technology. Two to four years of directly related experience. • Performs related duties as required. • Training concepts and methods • Word processing. • Catholic Charities’ policies, procedures, and organization.
Responsibilities
Provides first-level technical support for computer hardware and manages routine daily computer operations including backups. Additionally, performs various administrative and secretarial duties such as correspondence and report preparation.
