Oversee the day-to-day IT operations, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and providing support to hotel staff. Collaborate with the IT Manager to implement and maintain IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunication. Monitor system performance, security, and backups to proactively address potential risks and ensure data integrity. Provide training and guidance to hotel employees on IT procedures, software applications, and security best practices. Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, printers and peripherals. Troubleshoot network connectivity and internet-related issues to maintain uninterrupted operations. Manage IT inventory, including software licenses, hardware assets, and consumables, ensuring accurate records. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related contracts and support. Qualifications Expertise in IT systems, hardware, software, and networking. Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for clear user support. Customer-centric mindset prioritizing prompt IT assistance. Proven leadership fostering a positive work environment. Adaptable under pressure, handling multiple priorities. Commitment to data security and compliance.
