About the role... We are currently seeking an experienced Information Technology Business Analyst to join our team in Strasbourg, France. The successful candidate will work in a multinational environment on a multitude of tasks supporting our business in implementing and developing solutions for large EU and international institutions and private sector companies in Greece and abroad. What you will do... Expert support as well as incident resolution and request fulfilment within the scope of the DIG (Information Governance Unit) activities; Supporting users and troubleshooting Azure Information Protection functionalities; Supporting users and troubleshooting of Information Rights Management; Monitor indicators related to the performance of the DLP capability such as but not limited to number and type of DLP incidents, types of files shared on cloud locations; Ensure adequate notification and escalation procedures are activated for anomalies related to the ICDLP capability; Document the maintenance activities in documents such as but not limited to procedures, instruction documents, knowledge articles; Assessment and study of newly released services and functionalities, related to Microsoft Azure Compliance and Governance service. Technical skills required... BSc's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any other relevant field; 5 - 8 years of experience with business analysis and/or requirements engineering in a financial services institution (investment bank, retail bank, insurance undertaking, etc.); Experience creating documentation such as business case documentation or business requirements summaries; Experience with agile development methodologies and software tools for agile planning as Jira; Experience with the methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of all or part of a business in terms of business goals, objectives, functions and processes, the information used and the data on which the information is based; Experience with the definition of requirements for improving processes and systems, reducing their costs, enhancing their sustainability, and the quantification of potential business benefits; Experience with the collaborative creation and iteration of viable specifications and acceptance criteria in preparation for the deployment of information and communication systems; Knowledge of the adoption and adaptation of business analysis approaches based on the context of the work and selecting appropriately from predictive (plan- driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches; Business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP) and certification in agile methodologies.
