Technology Business Partner Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home) Salary: 42,000–45,000 Contract: Full-time, Permanent Our client is seeking a Technology Business Partner (Associate) to support the alignment of business needs with technology solutions across the organisation. Reporting into the Business Partner Team Lead, this role works closely with London-based teams to help coordinate and support the delivery of technology initiatives. This role is suited to someone with early experience in project coordination, business analysis, PMO, or technology support who is looking to build foundational experience within a business partnering function. Key Responsibilities Support the Business Partner Team Lead in coordinating technology-related initiatives Act as a day-to-day contact for assigned workstreams, ensuring actions are tracked and followed up Assist in gathering business requirements and documenting processes under guidance Maintain project documentation including RAID logs, action trackers, and status updates Support communication between business stakeholders and technology teams Contribute to workshops and working sessions, taking notes and capturing outputs Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities through structured analysis Support user adoption activities including documentation, training materials, and feedback collection Track progress against milestones and escalate risks or issues where appropriate Required Experience 1–3 years’ experience in a project support, PMO, business analysis, IT support, or similar role Experience supporting technology or change initiatives in a coordination capacity Exposure to requirements gathering, documentation, or process mapping Experience working with internal stakeholders Familiarity with core business systems and Microsoft tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Formal project management qualifications are not required but beneficial Skills & Attributes Strong organisational and administrative skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently Clear written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn and develop in a business partnering environment Proactive and dependable, with good follow-through Collaborative team player with a supportive mindset Comfortable working with structured processes and governance frameworks This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to grow into a Technology Business Partner role, gaining exposure to a wide range of stakeholders and technology initiatives in a supportive environment.
