Providence Place Senior Living, based out of Hummelstown, PA, is seeking to recruit an ambitious IT Coordinator who will support this multi-location senior living company. The newly created IT position will deliver a wide range of support and system enhancement activities tailored for Information Technology end users across various locations in Central PA. The IT Coordinator will manage and monitor Outlook email and email security, Microsoft licenses, VPN access, equipment management and workstations setup and maintenance. The IT Coordinator will be the primary liaison between employees and outsourced help desk, along with providing technical training to employees for software support. Some driving is required. This is a full-time exempt position.
Salary: Starting at $55-$58K

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field required
• 0-3 years’ experience in general IT support or help desk
• Microsoft certification, a plus but not required
• Must have a valid/clean drivers license, in good standing
