Key Responsibilities: * Complete all business service requests within SLA timelines. * Deliver all key management or operational reports per month, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Support successful channels application deployments or enhancements per month without SLA breaches. * Resolve high-priority incidents within SLA. * Ensure full application documentation and compliance checklists are updated and reviewed as scheduled. * Implement process improvements or automation initiatives per quarter to enhance service delivery. * Reduced & pro-active downtime: By ensuring 24/7 availability and stability of channels, contribute to SLA adherence, minimizing business disruption. * Fast request fulfillment of business service requests, improving operational turnaround and productivity. * Application enhancements: Deliver successful application deployments or upgrades per month, enabling business units to operate with the latest features and functionality. * Support deployment of new digital channels and patches in line with approved change management processes. * Data-driven decision-making: Produce key reports per month, ensuring timely and accurate management information for operational planning. * SLA monitoring and reporting; enabling proactive identification and prevention of service delays. * Documentation and compliance: Ensure full compliance of application SOPs, runbooks, and compliance checklists are up-to-date, reducing operational errors and audit findings. * Process improvements: Implement efficiency improvements per quarter, such as automation or optimized workflows, lowering manual effort and improving service delivery speed.
