JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive member of a helpdesk team supporting a Windows and Office 365 environment. The ideal candidate will be entry level, has strong Microsoft skills, and communicates well. Tremendous learning environment. Certifications a plus.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience or equivalent education in technical support or IT help desk roles with a focus on customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software troubleshooting, and operating systems .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server environments.
  • Understanding of computer networking concepts including TCP, DNS, GPOs, and network administration principles.
  • Experience with remote access technologies such as VPNs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess system performance and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
