Requirements for the role: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, networking, and storage), software applications, and security protocols. Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux. Ability to assist with troubleshooting, software installation, and system maintenance.
