Requirements for the role: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, networking, and storage), software applications, and security protocols. Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux. Ability to assist with troubleshooting, software installation, and system maintenance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of addressing technical issues. Good organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and contribute effectively to team projects.
