Description Position Summary The Information Technology (IT) Intern will assist the IT team in providing first-level IT support to approximately75 Camden Coalition staff members while helping ensure compliance with a broad range of data security policies. Reporting to the Associate IT Director, this position supports the IT department’s role as the backbone of the Coalition's operations—facilitating seamless communication, efficient workflows, data-driven decision-making, and innovative solutions that enable organizational growth and adaptability in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. Requirements Responsibilities Provide help desk and first-level technical support to the organization. Coordinate tasks and processes with other staff members. Assist with auditing and inventory management of all Coalition information assets. Support logistics and technical preparations for Coalition activities, workshops, and meetings. Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail to maintain up-to-date records. Pull and compile reports from various data sources to support organizational needs. This is a part-time position, working up to 20 hours per week. Requirements Pursuing related degree or 1-2 years of work experience preferred Experience with computers, basic networking, information systems, access controls, and mobile computing devices. Knowledge of HIPAA is a plus. Responsibilities
