Description Position Summary: The Information Technology Intern position will provide first-level technical support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, setting up workstations, and managing user accounts (passwords, permissions) via a ticketing system. This role will assist with IT inventory, software updates, and basic network maintenance under supervision. Major Duties and Accountabilities: Takes part in and embraces the Legacy culture and gives outstanding customer service to internal and external customers. Serves as the first point of contact for bank staff, resolving desktop, laptop, printer, and software issues. Assists with imaging, configuring, and deploying new computers Logs, tracks, and resolves IT support tickets, escalating complex issues to senior staff. Assists bank staff with their user accounts, including password resets and account unlocking. Maintains IT asset inventory and update documentation/procedures. All other duties as assigned. Requirements Required: Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows 11), hardware components, and software (Microsoft Office/365). Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills. Preferred: Classified as a Junior or Senior in college. Previous banking experience.
