IT Intern Washington, DC (Hybrid) Job Description: We are looking for a full time, IT Intern to start with us this summer. The ideal candidate is someone who is a graduating senior or has 1-2 years of experience with an IT-related four-year degree. $20-25/ hour depending on experience and 30-40 hours per week. Candidate must be able to commute a few times a week to our Downtown DC office (Wharf). Responsibilities: * Provide technical assistance to OTJ team members on hardware, software, and basic network issues * Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, and software * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues * Follow established procedures and processes for computer maintenance * Provide training and support to team members on the use of computer systems and software * Research and recommend solutions for technical problems Qualifications: * Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field * Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts * Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, or similar enterprise tools preferred * Familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team * Strong willingness to learn new technology About OTJ: OTJ is a premier architecture and design firm with offices in Washington, D.C., New York City, Miami, San Francisco, Boston, Dallas, and Chicago.
