• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, Microsoft Office (2016/365), Azure, O365, and Apple devices.
• Experience working with vendors for quotes and orders

We’re looking for an IT Analyst who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys turning business goals into smart, user-friendly IT solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with project managers, business users, and senior stakeholders to design and support solutions that enhance data integration, analytics, and overall user experience. You’ll also be a key contact for our Managed IT Service Provider, helping ensure smooth hardware procurement and deployment.
