Job Description Information Technology (IT) Coordinator You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential IT duties. You communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and update team your various projects. What you will be doing: Able to manage all IT Department Operations and Tasks assigned by IT Manager Being able to manage snagging and tasks related to the IT Set Up Offers quality service and assistance at all times and be confident to handle all the problems related to IT or AV Ensure orders (lap top, projector, screen) are thoroughly checked before serving to the guest. Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Minimum of 1 year of experience as IT Coordinator for a Hotel Opera/Symphony and other hotel systems experience is a PLUS Should have in depth knowledge of IT Systems and networks with graduation degree in IT Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment is essential Additional Information Why work for Accor?
