We're on the lookout for a detail-driven and analytical IT enthusiast to join our vibrant team in Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE. This internship is your chance to dive into hands-on IT experiences, work on exciting projects, and make a real impact while learning and growing with us. What you will be doing: Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users Support the maintenance and updating of company databases Collaborate with the IT team on network administration tasks Participate in the development and testing of software applications Help maintain and update company websites and internal portals Assist in implementing and monitoring cybersecurity measures Contribute to the documentation of IT processes and procedures Participate in IT-related research and data analysis projects Support the setup and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals Assist in providing technical support to staff members as needed Qualifications Your experience and skills include: A student or a graduate of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Familiarity with database management systems Understanding of networking concepts and protocols Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies Must be able to work on-site in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates Additional Information Why work for Accor?
