Be the driving force behind our digital landscape, ensuring seamless operations and innovative solutions to propel our organization forward. With your leadership and technical expertise, you'll orchestrate a symphony of technology, harnessing its power to enhance efficiency, security, and success across our entire property. Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and upgrading of all IT systems, including VM servers, switches, networks, hardware, and software. Ensure reliable Wi-Fi and internet connectivity for guests and staff across the property. Manage Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS) systems, and other hospitality-specific platforms. Support and enhance cloud based applications used by team members to offer a luxury hotel experience. Troubleshoot and resolve technology-related guest issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive guest data (e.g., payment information, personal details) in compliance with PCI-DSS and GDPR standards. Conduct regular system audits and backups to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery readiness. Cultivate and Collaborate with third-party vendors for special projects such as cable infrastructure, CCTV cameras, PC hardware procurement and software solutions. Integrate new technologies with existing systems to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Support protocols for after-hours IT support to maintain uninterrupted service. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Previous experience in the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, or restaurants) is highly preferred. Proficiency with hospitality systems (e.g., Opera PMS, InfoGenesis POS, or similar platforms). Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud-based solutions. Experience with Windows/Linux servers and virtualization. ITIL, CompTIA Network+, CISSP, or similar credentials preferred.
