INDUSTRY & SYSTEM KNOWLEDGE

  • Knowledge of restaurant technology ecosystems (POS, KDS, payment systems, online ordering).
  • Familiarity with third-party delivery aggregator portals and integrations.
  • Understanding of loyalty and CRM systems in a restaurant context.

PROJECT & PROCESS SKILLS

  • Experience managing technology projects from concept to launch.
  • Ability to gather requirements, create documentation, and maintain project timelines.
  • Skilled in Agile or other iterative development methodologies.
  • Proficient with tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, and Google Workspace.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 2–5 years in a technology, IT support, or digital operations role (restaurant or retail industry preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Relevant certifications such as Google Project Management, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or app development coursework are a plus.

    Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
