PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional working experience in the IT domain.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed institute
  • Cloud Certifications (Amazon, Azure, Google)

DOMAIN EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in managing partners
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience with public cloud (Azure, AWS, Google) deployment and management
  • Extensive knowledge of cloud partnership management
  • Experience managing and nurturing alliances with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP), including go-to-market strategy, execution, and partner enablement
  • Ability to report on AWS/Azure/GCP portal dashboards
  • Experience registering and managing partner funding and benefit claims in hyperscaler portals
  • Support for GTM activities and joint marketing plans with cloud providers, including tracking of generated opportunities
  • Leverage partner industry recognition to amplify messaging and case studies in regional/global events
  • Ability to establish reporting dashboards for AWS/Azure/GCP partner benefit earnings and new opportunities

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Strong automation skills and ability to drive process automation
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services such as Amazon Q, PowerBI, AWS Bedrock
  • Proficiency with infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Jira)
  • Expertise in Linux/Unix environments and scripting languages (Python, Perl, Shell)
  • Ability to review, optimize, and troubleshoot deployment pipelines
  • Experience in data processing and movement design
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud computing, business drivers, and deployment trends (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Skilled in developing distributed, scalable microservices on multi/hybrid clouds
  • Strong understanding of application, infrastructure, and security architecture, including performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
  • Experience in data ingestion, analytics, and AI technologies
  • Knowledge of databases (MySQL, MongoDB) is a plus
  • Understanding of cloud cost management, FinOps, and cloud-native technologies

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Over 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships or alliances within the technology or cloud computing domain
  • Deep understanding of Azure and AWS partner programs, field structures, and GTM strategies
  • Proven experience managing partnerships with major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills for evaluating partnership opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels, both internal and external
