Description

Support the day-to-day operation of a large-scale global enterprise network across LAN, WAN, Wireless, Internet, Cloud, and SD-WAN environments.
Troubleshoot complex network incidents and service disruptions, working closely with vendors, service providers, and internal technology teams to restore business services.
Drive incident and problem resolution activities while ensuring timely communication and status updates to stakeholders.
Participate in on-call support and operational escalation activities as required.
Network Engineering & Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve network reliability, performance, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
Contribute to the design, implementation, and enhancement of network solutions supporting global business requirements.
Participate in infrastructure deployments, technology refresh projects, site integrations, and network modernization initiatives.
Assist in the development and maintenance of technical standards, documentation, and operational procedures.
