Description Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Professional to support, maintain, and improve our organization’s technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and peripherals Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability and security Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and support requests Assist with system upgrades, patches, and security updates Collaborate with clients and internal teams on IT-related projects Ensure compliance with company policies and cybersecurity best practices Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience in an IT support or systems administration role Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems Familiarity with networking concepts Experience with hardware troubleshooting and software installation Excellent communication and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications Relevant certifications Experience with cloud platforms Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices Scripting or automation experience Skills and Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Attention to detail and documentation skills Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
