The Role

Operating within a mature corporate PMO structure and reporting directly to internal IT PMO Leadership, the Senior IT Project Manager will take full ownership of medium-to-large-scale software and technology projects. This is a high-visibility role requiring someone who can bridge the gap between technical delivery teams and senior business stakeholders to ensure the seamless deployment of state-of-the-art enterprise software solutions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Delivery: Direct the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent technology initiatives utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks.
• Stakeholder Navigation: Act as a trusted advisor to project sponsors, product owners, and executive leadership; facilitate prioritization discussions, manage delivery expectations, and effectively navigate change.
• Project Controls & Governance: Maintain rigorous project documentation, artifacts, and compliance within the firm's internal delivery framework using modern portfolio management (PPM) tools.
• Financial & Risk Stewardship: Oversee project budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional working groups, project stand-ups, and retrospectives; foster a collaborative environment while driving accountability across distributed, multi-disciplinary teams.
