Responsibilities:

Define the delivery ownership & Roadmap: Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and multiple technical teams (mostly external outside of sub-domain) to define the project roadmap, governance, and delivery plan. The role requires understanding business needs and identifying the right/suitable teams who could cover and own the delivery of those requirements. Once the right responsible teams are identified, the role requires aligning with the respective IT POs (product owners), PALs (Product Area Lead) or Sub-domain leads of those teams to agree on the ownership and delivery timelines and eventually tracking those deliveries for completion. The business requirements might require the work split across various teams so strong communication and negotiation skills are required in order to effectively manage the dependencies within them. Manage Dependencies and project tracking: Proactively identify, track, and resolve task dependencies and bottlenecks with other IT and business teams across the organization.Consolidate Status Updates: Establish a structured process to gather and consolidate delivery status, milestone tracking, and health indicators from various squads across the sub-domain.Create Executive Presentations: Synthesize complex technical updates into high-impact, visually polished PowerPoint presentations and dashboards for senior leadership and steering committees.

Manage Risks and Governance: Track, monitor, and report on sub-domain level risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID log), as well as budget and resource utilization.

• Experience & BackgroundProven Track Record: 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, successfully delivering complex software or infrastructure projects and prior experience in Lending/Credit Risk domain for Private Individual clients preferred. Prior experience in German regulatory deliveries and knowledge of CCD2 (EU Consumer Credit Directive) beneficial.Enterprise Environment: Experience working in large-scale, complex multi-region / global corporate IT environments, managing multiple moving parts and diverse stakeholder groups. Ability to work with teams globally across different time zones and from different cultural backgrounds.Hybrid Delivery Expertise: Highly adaptable and comfortable working in hybrid environments that combine Agile team-level execution with traditional corporate reporting and milestone tracking.
