Jackson Healthcare is looking for a hands on Project Manager to join our Enterprise PMO team. The JH Enterprise PMO team is responsible for cross functional project/program management for the Jackson Healthcare Resource Team. This includes working closely with the resource team leaders on workflow intake, prioritization, long-term road-mapping, and day-to-day project management of individual initiatives. The Project Manager will partner with members of the JH Technology team and other resource teams, business partners, and other cross-functional teams to evaluate, plan and deliver multiple projects ranging in scope and duration.
EDUCATION/LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; or other aligned coursework/experience
- PMP certification is a plus; or other project management-related certifications/ experience
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5-10 years experience successfully managing projects
- Proven track record of successfully completing multiple large-scale and small-scale technology projects involving cross functional teams in a corporate environment.
- Proven proficiency in Project and Program management
- Knowledge of MS Office Tools
- Successful track record of working with business partners to identify, develop, and execute on their strategic roadmaps
- Experience designing and scoping IT solutions that meet customer needs with a realistic long-term support model
- Experience delivering high profile, high visibility IT projects simultaneously
- Experience in drafting and driving RFP’s with stakeholders
