  • Key ResponsibilitiesIT Transition DeliveryLead end-to-end transition of IT systems, applications, and services into the target GBS/Shared Services model.
  • Manage transition planning, knowledge transfer activities, cutover execution, and post-transition stabilisation.
  • Own and maintain RAID logs, proactively managing risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
  • Ensure transitions are delivered on time and in line with programme objectives.
