Description

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end ERP implementation program from planning and platform selection through to go-live.
Develop and maintain the project plan, milestones, budgets, resources and delivery timelines.
Coordinate internal stakeholders, business users and external ERP implementation partners.
Work closely with Finance, Operations and IT teams to define business requirements and future-state processes.
Manage project governance, reporting, steering groups and stakeholder communications.
Oversee requirements gathering, process mapping, data migration, testing and user acceptance testing.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
Ensure effective communication and coordination across all project workstreams.
Support change management, training and business readiness activities.
Monitor implementation partner performance and ensure agreed deliverables are achieved.
Provide regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
Take a hands-on approach to project delivery, actively driving actions and resolving issues rather than operating solely at a program-management level.
Support the business through go-live and post-implementation stabilisation.

Essential ExperienceProven experience managing full-cycle ERP implementation projects.
Strong project management experience within a medium to large-scale business environment.
Experience working with Finance and/or business transformation teams.
Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and project governance.
Experience managing external implementation partners and multiple project stakeholders.
Excellent planning, organisation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Comfortable working in a hands-on, delivery-focused environment.

Desirable ExperiencePrevious experience with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Experience leading an ERP platform selection process.
Experience in Finance transformation or financial systems implementation.
Experience with data migration, integrations and business process redesign.
Formal project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent.
Experience within a multi-site or complex operational environment.
