Description
  • Responsible for end-to-end project management, coordinating and driving the successful delivery of software projects, working closely with Product Owners, Software Engineers, QA, Business Stakeholders, Customers and Third Partis.
  • Act as the key contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, providing clear project updates, managing risks, dependencies, and ensuring alignment throughout the lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with third-party suppliers or clients where needed to manage dependencies, deliverables, timelines, and project requirements.
  • Operate within an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Where required, support or take on Scrum Master responsibilities
  • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, escalate issues as needed, and maintain appropriate documentation and project governance.


  • What Skills You NeedProven experience as an IT Project Manager within IT, software, technology, or digital environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (internal and third parties).
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively use AI tools to streamline project management and improve efficiency.
  • Experience delivering software projects from initiation through release, managing risks, issues, scope, and timelines.
  • Confident understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies; experience with tools like Jira or Confluence.
  • Desirable: 1-3 years’ project management experience; Agile (PSM) and project management certifications (PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent); experience with distributed teams or third-party suppliers.
