Qualifications

• Strong IT Sales and Account Management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Solid understanding of Information Technology, particularly information security, managed services, and SaaS solutions.
• Proficiency in Lead Generation, prospecting, and pipeline development using CRM tools and sales methodologies.
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in accessible business language and build long-term client relationships.
• Experience in B2B sales within the IT or cybersecurity sector, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai and engage with clients in person on a regular basis.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills, with attention to detail in proposals and contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant sales or IT certifications are an advantage.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, inclusive environment.
