Role Description Building trusted customer relationships and deliver reliable services for OneTeam IT’s customers. As a Service Delivery Manager, you’ll connect customers, technical teams and business leaders to ensure clear communication and strong customer outcomes.You’ll own day-to-day service delivery, ensuring contractual commitments and agreed service levels are met while driving continuous improvement.
