Job Description • Manages and administers user accounts, email accounts, and system access permissions in line with company policies and security standards, • Provides advanced first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, printer, network, and system-related issues, • Installs, configures, monitors, and maintains computers, printers, IP phones, servers, and other IT infrastructure equipment, • Proactively monitors IT systems, identifies potential risks, and escalates critical issues to the IT Supervisor/Manager when necessary, • Supports, maintains, and troubleshoots hotel applications, PMS systems, POS systems, office software, and operational platforms, • Acts as a key point of contact for employees regarding day-to-day IT issues and ensures timely resolution of technical problems, • Maintains accurate IT inventory, asset management records, and system documentation, • Coordinates IT maintenance activities and follows up with external vendors and service providers when required, • Supports and monitors network infrastructure, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi performance, and communication systems across the hotel, • Ensures compliance with IT security policies, cybersecurity standards, data protection procedures, and hotel operational requirements, • Assists in managing backup systems, disaster recovery processes, and data security controls to ensure business continuity, • Provides technical support during meetings, conferences, events, and operational activities requiring IT assistance, • Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives within the IT department and supports operational changes in line with hotel needs, • Demonstrates flexibility in taking on expanded responsibilities, supporting alternative departments/areas when required, and performing additional duties within the scope of professional capability. Qualifications • Degree or vocational education in Information Technologies, Computer Programming, or a related field, • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT Specialist role, • Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and hotel systems, • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, • Team-oriented, service-minded, and proactive, Additional Information • Good command of English is an asset.
