Description

Under direction of the Information Technology Supervisor II, Regional Center Support Section, the ITS I serves as a lead and Subject matter expert for the Regional Center Support sections mission-critical Uniform Fiscal System (UFS), and eBilling applications. The role involves coordinating, analyzing, documenting, and providing business analysis and project management activities using standard project management methodologies. This includes overseeing development efforts and deliverables from initiation through post-implementation. The incumbent is responsible for producing technical and non-technical documentation, such as alternative analysis, requirements, test scenarios and test cases, online help manuals, end-user training guides, instructional videos, and diagrams. Additionally, the incumbent assists in training and mentoring the regional center application support staff in handling first- and second-level help requests for the UFS and eBilling applications. The incumbent works closely with management to prioritize and distribute the workload. The incumbent maintains and applies strong business and technical knowledge of the legacy systems, including business processes, procedures, standards, and technology, with a primary focus on ensuring the continued operational functionality of these mission-critical applications.
