Description

Under the direction of the Deputy Director of Infrastructure Services within the Office of Technology Services (OTech), the Information Technology Specialist I (IT Spec I) performs a variety of complex tasks including, analysis, coordinating, and tracking Infrastructure Services branch planning and initiative activities.
The IT Spec I will act as direct support to the Deputy Director as a business analyst for key projects or activities associated with Infrastructure Services, information technology policy and program development, portfolio management, service performance management, operational efficiency, data analytics, contract and vendor management, operational procedures, product and delivery strategy, and other efforts of the highest priority and statewide impact for Infrastructure Services.
Telework
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule within California based on departmental policy and operational needs. The telework policy is subject to change depending on business needs, and/or reporting to the work site may be required with minimal notification given.
