Under the general direction of the Deputy Director of Technology, the IT Project Management, Specialist position serves as a key member of the IT Division, performing a broad range of responsibilities in IT project management and client services. The incumbent leads and supports program management activities by developing, implementing, and maintaining essential IT plans, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals. In the area of client services, this role provides Tier 2 technical support, resolving complex issues related to local area networks (LAN), laptops, mobile devices, and business-critical applications. Additionally, the specialist collaborates with and provides backup support for the lead systems and security engineer, contributing to the stability and security of on-premises and cloud infrastructure, networking operations, and cybersecurity initiatives.
