Requirements Responsibilities: Provide IT support and maintenance for dealership systems, ensuring smooth daily operations. Collaborate on technology solutions to enhance efficiency and customer experience. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, helping staff maximize technology use. Maintain and secure network infrastructure against cybersecurity threats. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies. Qualifications: A problem solver with a degree in Information Technology or related field. Preferred. Experience in an IT role, preferably in automotive. Knowledge of network systems, hardware, and software. Strong communication skills for assisting non-technical staff. Proactive, team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment. Posess a driver's license with a good driving record.
