You are part of the team because we know you have what it takes The Information Technology Specialist will oversee all technology operations and the implementation of new IT systems and policies. This role is integral in managing the IT infrastructure, ensuring data security, and supporting the company’s technological growth and efficiency. Requirements Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience: Dedicate oneself to delivering GREAT guest service, consistently going above and beyond for both team members and guests. Provide friendly, efficient technical support to all team members. Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, workstations, and software. Support the Aloha POS system across all locations, including setup, updates, and issue resolution. Assist with online ordering integrations (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.) to ensure accurate order flow and tracking. Support Crunchtime inventory system functionality and user needs. Implement security best practices and assist with data protection measures. Execute IT tasks within larger projects and document progress. Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and support cost-effective solutions. Maintain IT documentation, system records, and operational reports. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve system performance. Qualifications: Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and data security. Experience with Aloha POS and restaurant technology. Familiarity with Crunchtime inventory and online ordering platforms. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking. Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving technology needs.
