The Services Development Section is looking for an energetic Information Technology (IT) Supervisor II’s to assist in management of the modernization of its information.
The Technical Supervisor functions as the development unit supervisor responsible for establishing team goals and standards that support good software application development practices. Provides support to help design and develop the architecture, operation and maintenance of software systems including configuration and programming to support enterprise and service oriented architecture to facilitate implementation of the business application services. Manages the day-to-day development activities of technical staff including assigning work, managing due dates and schedules and ticket tracking. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with peers and management in the analysis and testing groups. Ensures that all development activities, including the coordination across multiple areas are completed timely. Works with the SMEs to ensure that staff receive the proper training to be successful in their role with the team. Conducts presentations to customer management, Technology Services Division (TSD) management, or Development Bureau management.

Supports the Bureau’s business hours and work shift schedule may be subject to change based on the Bureau’s business and operational needs which occasionally includes off-hours and on call support.
