Summary The Information Technology Support Analyst provides front-line technical support to end users across corporate and plant environments. This role is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and basic network issues while maintaining plant floor systems, data acquisition hardware, and IT equipment. The position requires strong customer service skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to support operations in both office and production settings. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Support company vision, mission, and values through dependable and professional IT service. * Provide first-level support for users via phone, email, remote tools, and in-person assistance. * Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues. * Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, software, and hardware. * Support plant floor technology, including data acquisition devices, scanners, and production printers. * Assist with basic network support, including troubleshooting connectivity, wireless, switches, and routers. * Perform system reboots, outage response, and initial diagnostics for infrastructure issues. * Support onboarding and offboarding of employees, including workstation setup and account preparation. * Install, test, and configure new workstations, equipment, and software. * Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, software, and licensing. * Perform preventative maintenance on workstations, printers, and IT equipment. * Document issues, resolutions, and procedures within the helpdesk system. * Prioritize, schedule, and escalate incidents as appropriate. * Assist senior IT staff with infrastructure deployments and upgrades. * Support plant operations with minimal downtime and strong service response. * Participate in special projects as assigned. * Travel locally between facilities as required; occasional out-of-state travel may occur. * Perform other duties as assigned.                 Qualifications   Education and/or Experience * 2–5 years of experience in an IT support or technical role. * Experience supporting users in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.   Knowledge/Skills * Strong troubleshooting skills for PCs, printers, and peripheral devices. * Basic networking knowledge (wired, wireless, and security fundamentals). * Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) – Advanced. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-resolution ability. * Basic SQL knowledge preferred. *  PLC familiarity a plus. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to work after hours or weekends when necessary.
