Title: IT Operations AnalystType: Permanent and onsite 5 days a weekLocation: South DublinSalary: €40,000 - €50,000 base and package

We’re looking for an IT Operations Analyst to join a busy technology team in Dublin. This is a hands-on, business-facing role where you’ll take ownership of day-to-day IT operations while working closely with users, internal technology teams and external providers.

THIS ROLE IS ONSITE 5 DAYS A WEEK

What you’ll be doing:

• Own and resolve IT incidents, service requests and operational issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows, end-user devices, networks, meeting rooms and hardware.
• Manage hardware deployments, replacements, repairs and asset lifecycle.
• Support joiner, mover and leaver processes.
• Work with third-party vendors and internal technology teams to keep services running smoothly.
• Support IT projects, upgrades, office moves, Disaster Recovery and resilience testing.
• Identify operational risks and drive continuous improvement across IT services.
• Maintain IT documentation, procedures and operational controls.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in IT Operations, Desktop Support, Infrastructure Support or Service Delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, hardware and networking.
• Experience working with ITSM / ticketing processes including Incident, Request and Change Management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Confident dealing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ITIL, ServiceNow, cybersecurity, asset management or Disaster Recovery is a plus.
• Financial services or another regulated environment would be advantageous.
