SUMMARY The Information Technology Support Associate is primarily responsible for providing exceptional internal and external client services; partnering with respective LOB: Lines of Businesses and valued colleagues to explain train and/or expeditiously and efficiently support business needs; including the following: troubleshoot and solve printer, pc, laptop, general network issues, phone / conference call set-ups and questions, configurations, pc/laptop set-ups, load software, answer Microsoft Office questions, promptly provide employee and LOB friendly, accurate IT expertise. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Models, mentors, and leads colleagues\teams to develop innovative methods and approaches for efficacy. Spearheads exceptional, long-lasting organization-wide client relationships to achieve goals. Steward of compliance, coordinates with company staff to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations and reports. Assist with server updates, patch updates and data backups, along with installing servers, pcs, and laptops. Troubleshoot and resolve phone related issues between offices. Including working with Microsoft Teams. Designs, specifies, configures, installs, and maintains local area network hardware, software, and telecommunication services such as laptops, system software applications, printers, servers, routers, bridges, switches, modems, cabling, and internet service providers. Support Excel programming for various departments. Communicate with other departments to report and resolve software, hardware, and operations problems. Assist with resolving tech related issues between offices. Maintain documentation of projects involving hardware and software. Occasional work after-hours or weekends along with some limited travel to the other state office locations Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to three years’ experience; supporting remote users, experience in deploying and supporting laptops, phone systems, maintaining patches, service packs and hot fixes for computers and servers. and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Possess an understanding of LAN/WAN and mobile computing environments; proficiency with Microsoft office software and the complete line of Microsoft Server applications. Possess a valid acceptable Driver’s License and MVR: Motor Vehicle Report Possess strong organization, communication and planning/management skills. Able to solve complex troubleshooting and documentation activities
