Due to our continued expansion and growth, we now have an opportunity for a full-time Information Technology Support Specialist at our Atlanta location. Responsibilities: IT Help Desk Support & Salesforce Support Provide hardware and software support, including set-up, installations, troubleshooting, and upgrades Provide additional technical support services, such as teleconference and videoconference meetings; desktop phone support; printers/copiers; etc. Provide necessary desktop application support Provide necessary user training on network and desktop applications Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential Practices and promotes ethical computing Basic account management associated with access and permissions, such as Active Directory, email account access, etc. Compensation and Benefits Competitive market-based salary based on experience A comprehensive training program Healthcare, dental, and vision coverage, 401K match, and PTO Requirements Shift 5:00 am – 2:00 pm EST Monday through Friday Position will be in person with the availability to start at 5:00 am EST is required. BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent experience Minimum 1 year in an information technology service role, with direct experience supporting end-user computer hardware and software in a networked corporate environment Able to work independently to quickly and accurately solve computer / phone / data related problems Customer service focus Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to new challenges Excellent written and oral communication skills Must be able to lift up to 15lbs. This position will be at our Atlanta Service Center location and be in the office full time
Responsibilities
The Information Technology Support Specialist will provide IT help desk support, including hardware and software troubleshooting, installations, and user training. Additional responsibilities include managing teleconferences, desktop applications, and maintaining confidentiality of information.
