• We are currently seeking an Information Technology Support Technician at Intercept Health to be responsible for all of Intercept’s technological infrastructure systems, related assets, and their applicable vendor relations. The Tier 1 IT Support Technician works trouble tickets and incidents as they arise to maintain basic business functionality, documents and maintains records of changes and the steps taken to resolve problems incurred by users of computers, peripherals, network infrastructure. The Tier 1 IT Support Technician routinely stages hardware, refreshes equipment for reissue, and performs helpdesk functions for Intercept’s users (which requires some travel).
  Education Required: Associate’s Degree in related field of IT and CompTIA A+, Net+, Security+, Certifications highly preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent considered with 2 or more years’ experience in IT help/desk or related experience.
  Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT helpdesk or related role with a professional business or organization.
