ReWorks Solutions is looking for a skilled Information Technology Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance, maintaining IT infrastructure, and diagnosing and resolving technical issues. Your expertise will ensure our technology runs smoothly and efficiently, enabling the team to focus on their work. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users in a timely manner. Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including computers, servers, and networking devices. Provide technical support for a variety of applications and systems. Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of network and server performance. Document technical processes and maintain an inventory of IT equipment. Support IT projects and initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives. Stay up-to-date with the latest technological trends and best practices in IT support. Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role. Strong understanding of computer systems, hardware, software, and networking. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Strong communication skills to interact with non-technical users and explain technical concepts clearly. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
