Responsibilities & Qualifications The TekSynap is seeking a Information Warfare (IW) Advisor / Support SME to provide senior-level IW advisory support to CNSL N6 leadership, aligning IT readiness with evolving Navy IW/Cyber/CRY requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES Advise leadership on IW readiness impacts, policy, and strategy. Interpret cyber/IW directives, assess risks, and recommend mitigations. Coordinate across USFFC, Fleet Cyber Command, and NAVWAR ISEAs. Support IW readiness reviews and high-level fleet engagements. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree (preferred, not required with 15+ yrs Navy IW experience) 10+ years IW/CRY/EW Prior Navy IW staff/command-level advisory experience.
