Description
1st Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm The Infra Equipment Install Technician is responsible for ensuring the safety, compliance and inspections of work is completed and documented. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Monitor project plans, budgets, and risk registers Oversee demolition, relocation, and installation squads Experience with mechanical/electrical/pneumatic connections per the Installation Manual Conduct pre and post inspections, CAPA issuance, and clean‑room compliance checks Oversee utilities (air, vacuum, water, exhaust) setups and pressure tests Maintain documentation, change orders, and calibration records Enforce OSHA/ISO standards and maintain a zero‑incident culture Preferred Qualifications: • Mechanical aptitude • Associate's degree • Experience working in an industrial or semi-conductor environment Responsibilities: • Conduct behavior based safety observations and train other employees and managers in this skill to ensure that safety and operations integrity is demonstrated. • Lead regularly scheduled safety audits, risk assessments, equipment inspections, and meetings to determine the effectiveness of safety and incident prevention activities, and to ensure compliance with all applicable safety directives. • Facilitate implementation of safe work techniques and effective safety methods and processes; Perform safety drills with team quarterly to increase and improve safety awareness. • Leading and executing injury prevention efforts that focus on addressing unsafe behaviors and establishing safety as a core value within all PCS vendors and employees. • Conduct accident investigations, identify root causes and recommend corrective/preventive actions. • Attend daily pass downs and weekly safety meetings. • Demonstrate a visible commitment to safety and operational integrity to every employee. • Maintain knowledge of safety, health and environmental regulations at all levels of government, including federal, state and local and possess the ability to evaluate, document and report on compliance with policies, procedures, rules and regulations to ensure operational compliance. • Ensure that Safety Work Permits (SWP) Program is followed for systems under vendor control, and that no gas or chemical system is opened or worked upon without ensuring a safe system and properly notifying the appropriate parties. • Have the right to stop work if safety guidelines are not properly followed. • providing operational support and executing tasks as needed to support operations.
